Bernedoodle puppies are $2,500 (plus HST).
We price our puppies based on the care they receive, not the colour of their coat , size, or what’s trending online. Every puppy is raised the same way — with health-tested parents, proper veterinary care, daily handling, early socialization, and plenty of time to grow in a calm, home environment. We keep our program intentionally small so we can stay hands-on and focused on raising happy, healthy companions. Our goal is simple: to do things the right way, without cutting corners or adding boutique-style pricing.
Each puppy goes home with:
* Proper veterinary documentation is required. For hips, OFA or PennHIP results must be provided.
Because we run a small, hands-on program, puppy availability is guided by Mother Nature and the natural timing of our dogs coming into heat. This means there may be a few months between litters, and we truly appreciate your patience as we focus on raising puppies thoughtfully and responsibly. We’re always happy to walk first-time puppy families through the process and answer questions along the way.
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. This deposit secures your place on our Puppy List, which is filled in the order deposits are received. Deposits may be rolled forward up to two times if timing doesn’t align.
To keep the process fair and focused on finding the best matches, refunds are not provided based on colour or gender preferences, and the breeder always retains first pick of the litter. The remaining balance is due when puppies reach 8 weeks of age and are preparing to go home.
Ready to Take the Next Step? Reserve a Puppy
To give our puppies the very best start, in-person visits are not offered during the first five weeks. This time is essential for puppies to grow, thrive, and remain closely bonded with their mother during their most important early developmental period.
Once puppies reach 5 weeks of age, are eating solid food, becoming more active, and everyone is healthy, we begin scheduling individual 1:1 puppy pick visits with families. These appointments allow families to meet the puppies in a calm, low-stress setting and begin the puppy selection process.
After puppy picks are underway, we then introduce group “puppy socials.” These visits give puppies the opportunity to be gently exposed to a variety of people, voices, and interactions, supporting confident and well-rounded social development in a safe, controlled environment.
Before any in-person visits begin, we keep families closely connected through:
This approach prioritizes the health and well-being of the puppies, while still allowing families to feel involved and connected from the very beginning.
Families are added to the Puppy List in the order deposits are received.
Puppy selection begins when puppies are approximately 5 weeks old. We provide guidance throughout the process to help match each family with the puppy best suited to their lifestyle, home, and experience level — not just appearance.
Puppies go home no earlier than 8 weeks
Colour and size cannot be guaranteed, however we do our best to provide information on the pup and potential size and colour as adults.
Some puppies may inherit the poodle fading gene and lighten over time. Adult size is estimated based on the parents, but genetics ultimately determine final size.
Puppies are observed daily and evaluated for:
Our goal is thoughtful, temperament-based placements that set both puppies and families up for long-term success
All puppies are examined by a veterinarian prior to going home. New owners should have their puppy assessed by their own veterinarian within 48 hours. Within 48 hours if a veterinarian confirms a serious health concern, the puppy may be returned with written documentation for a full refund.
If at any point you are unable to care for your dog, we will always take the dog back and ensure they are placed in a safe, appropriate home. No refund is provided in this situation.
